The name
UNDA is said "under".
As in under management and under development: the two states of property we work with. It isn't an acronym.

Everything we index is published by a council, county or register, and we cite the source.
Companies, not private people
We name firms and professionals. We never publish private owners, residents or applicants.
Dated and labelled
Every figure carries its date, and every estimate says it's an estimate.
