Prices are per seat, per month: in Australian dollars for Australian coverage and US dollars for US coverage, plus any applicable taxes. As we add councils and counties, they join your plan's region at no extra cost.

Will my price go up?
Not while you stay subscribed. Founding members keep their rate as we add coverage. The price of your morning coffee stays the same, but the menu gets a lot bigger.
How do I get started?
Send us a message or book a demo. We set up your company account, show you around the dashboards on your own area, and you add seats when you need them.
Does UNDA predict approvals?
No. UNDA shows how past cases were decided around your site, with the reasons and conditions behind them. Precedent, not prediction.
Where does the data come from?
Public records: council and county registers, board minutes, staff reports and permit systems. Every figure is dated, and estimates are labelled as estimates.
